Mrs. Allen has been working for ECHO as a substitute teacher since 2014.  In 2019, she was promoted to a long-term assignment for the PACE program.  Currently, Mrs. Allen teaches 3rd through 5th grade social studies, along with personal social responsibility (PSR). 

Her educational goals are to deepen student understanding of the earth and its people through the study of history, geography, politics, culture, and economic systems and too increase awareness of social responsibility by educating students on how to take responsibility for one's own actions, as it relates to social, financial, cultural and, ecological causes.  Mrs. Allen has a passion for helping students and a strong desire for them to succeed in every area of their lives.
